Non-Discrimination Policy

The Agency has a process in place to ensure all clients understand the services provided and are appropriate candidates about the scope of practice.

The organization shall make available and provide services to all persons without regard to race, color creed, sex, national origin, handicap, sexual orientation, age and marital status with regard to public assistance or veteran status, in compliance with all applying federal and state regulations. All services are available without distinction to all program participants, regardless of diagnosis. Agency shall not deny admission to people with a contagious disease, including, but not limited to, HIV/AIDS, MRSA and Hepatitis. All people and organizations that either refer persons for services or recommend the Agency’s services shall also be advised of the same. Reasonable accommodation will be provided while providing services to handicapped employees and consumers.
